As LRC Supervisor, I have been in charge to produce & deliver Lighting / Compositing & FX over 10.000 animated CG shots with a team of 20 persons for the " Talking Tom & friends " Franchise. I have been participating at different levels, including pre production meetings with Directors and other Departments Supervisors, as well as helping planifying the artists timelines. One big aspect of the work has been to follow & review the quality and the consistency of the work. With around 80 CG sets & 150 Lighting / Compositing Templates, it has been quite challenging to deliver 2 full seasons in about a year. LRC Framework was based on Houdini / Mantra / Nuke / Shotgun & RV Player.
